Cancellation Policy

Policies:

1. You can cancel your booking by using the VOW mobile app.

2. The applicable refund amount will be credited to your VOW Wallet within 10 working days. VOW reserves the right to debit from VOW Wallet account, in case of cancellation amount being higher than money already paid by you.

3. Some hotels do not accept bookings from unmarried couples and do not accept Local id proofs. This information is available to the guest in our application. Customer should recheck same before bookings. For any such cancellation or check in denial associated with such bookings that are dishonoured by the hotel,VOW shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the guest.

4. Hotels reserve the right to deny check-in where customers are unable to provide a valid government id or where minor Guests are travelling unaccompanied or if the Hotel is suspicious of the Guests check-in at it’s Property. Under all such cases VOW shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the Guest.

5. For Cancellation done prior 9:00am of one day before on the checkin date - 25% of package amount will be Refundable ( only for Prepaid Booking ).

6. Cancellation done post 9;00am one day before on the checkin date - No Refund will be given.

7. Refund not applicable for same day booking cancellation.

8. Refund amount will be credited in VOW Wallet, where customer can use in upcoming booking without any time limit.

9. Refund not applicable for the following categories of Bookings ( Get Together , Day Outing , Just Walkin , Room Sharing ).
