TERMS OF SERVICE

Acceptance of Terms

* By accessing or using the VOW Platform, including onboarding a property or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, VOW Policies, Commercial Terms, and any additional policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Agreement").

* If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Platform Usage & Operations

  • Only registered and verified users (Guests or VOW Partners) may use the Platform.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
  • VOW reserves the right to verify identity, property ownership, licenses, and banking details.
  • VOW may suspend or terminate access if verification fails or false information is provided.
  • The Platform must not be used for fraudulent, illegal, or unaccounted bookings.
  • Circumventing VOW by direct or parallel bookings is a material breach.

Guest Experience Policy (Properties)

  • Only guests aged 18+ years are permitted.
  • Complimentary basic amenities (water bottle, towel) must be provided without conditions.
  • Minor flexibility in check-in timing must be accommodated where genuinely required, at no extra charge.
  • Room upgrades must be provided free of cost if the booked category is unavailable.
  • Room change must be offered for post check-in issues.
  • If unresolved and guest cancels, the booking is considered unsuccessful and not eligible for payout.

No Direct Booking Encouragement

  • Properties must not encourage guests to shift to direct bookings.
  • No unsolicited offers, calls, messages, or feedback collection for this purpose.
  • No pricing discussions, alternate property suggestions, or direct extensions without VOW approval.
  • Unauthorized discounted stays will be fully recoverable by VOW.

Reservation, No-Show & Inventory Rules

  • Day/24-hour slot no-show: guest not arrived by 11:00 AM
  • Night slot no-show: guest not arrived by 10:00 PM
  • Inventory must be blocked in advance to avoid overbooking.
  • Location or property changes must be communicated at least 1 month prior.

Pricing & Rate Management

  • All pricing is determined by VOW and must be strictly honored.
  • No additional charges may be collected directly from guests.
  • Special occasion pricing must be updated only through the Partner App.
  • Bookings must not be declined during price update processes.

Payout & Settlement

  • Collect only the balance shown in the VOW app.
  • Fully prepaid bookings must not be charged again.
  • Payout requests will be settled within 24 hours of submission.
  • TDS will be deducted as per government regulations.
  • Unsuccessful or no-show check-ins are not eligible for payouts.

MMC – Subscription & Platform Fee

  • ₹999/month + GST platform fee is waived for the first 12 months.
  • A refundable ₹5 validation charge applies to activate the free subscription.
  • After 12 months, the fee will be auto-debited monthly.
  • Cancelling auto-debit during the free period is treated as termination.
  • Reactivation requires a new subscription payment.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
  • VOW may terminate immediately for breach, fraud, misrepresentation, legal violations, or reputational harm.
  • Post-termination, future onboarding may be restricted.

General Conduct

  • Misbehaviour, harassment, solicitation, or misuse of guest data will result in delisting.
  • VOW reserves inspection rights at any time.
  • Policy updates require prior notice and cooling-off period.
  • This Agreement is deemed accepted electronically without signature.
